Cell wins, mostly thanks to his regen. Though, I wonder if Baby could just posses Cell after the loss?

Baby Vegeta murks him with in hand to hand, the only problem might be Cell's regen but it isn't all that in a near equal fight.

Super Perfect Cell easily. Regeneration, more variety of skills, and less foolish.

Regeneration, more techniques, better capabilities as a fighter, Instantaneous Movement . Cell's got way too much against Baby Vegeta to lose in an equalized fight.

Cell's regen is not that good, if anyone would like to tell me how recovering missing limbs or whatever at the cost of stamina and ki is too good please explain how.

Slayer- How's Cell has more variety of skills, he only used like a couple of moves and most are inferior to an opponent around the same strength other then the Kamehameha and Death Beam. Baby's by no means foolish either, it was foolish of Cell trying to awaken the dormant power of someone who's clearly has a record of beating a*** when enraged.

Emiya- First is not an advantage, second is true but he's limited as f*** in what's truly damaging or lethal, third is debatable, fourth he never used in a battle and Baby has proven to be able to break the concentration of Instant Transmission with Super Saiyan 4 Goku.

Cell: Owww...*regenerates* phew...all better...let's get back to fighitng.

Baby Vegeta: OH MY GOD! MY ARM! AHH! AH! AH! HOLY s***! I'M BLEEDING TOO MUCH! Ooh...oh my god...everything's going dark...oh no...oh...I can't remember my birthday...oh...ugh...*dead*

It is an advantage. Being able to heal your body gives you an edge over someone is forced to take damage both stamina wise and physically. Cell's regeneration allows him to take far more excessive damage than Baby Vegeta could. He's got a load of techniques, from the Taiyoken, Instantaneous Movement, Kamehameha, etc. It's a lot more than Baby Vegeta and he shares ore potential option over Baby when it comes to his techniques. Being able to blind your opponent whenever or move instantly is a great advantage to have.

We've been through this before. We know Cell has the abilities to do it, he's even done it before. Cell has Instantaneous Movement and thus its only fair he have it in the match. By saying he can't do it is only nerfing Cell.

Yes, Cell has far more variety in skill and power and is a master of all of them. There is nothing different as a fighter between Saiyan Arc Goku or Boo Arc Goku. The only difference is that Boo Arc Goku is stronger and has learned more techniques, many of which Zenkai Perfect Cell already knows. Goku is still fighting under the teachings of Muten Roshi and Kami and Kaio-sama.

It's the same thing with Vegeta and Piccolo. They've gotten stronger and learned a few more techniques but their fundamentals have not changed. Plus, it's already stated that Cell's perfect form improves his capabilities as a fighter both in power, speed, technique and mental strength. Imperfect Cell might have the skill level of a Saiyan Arc character but Perfect Cell is vastly over that skill level.

I humbly doubt Cell has the means to decapitate an arm from Baby. But it's still the same, he loses that arm, he gonna lose more of an advantage if he regrows any part of himself. He won't be equal no more.

Those techniques of his are all he knows, the ones you listed I mean. Baby has loads of techniques and even his own. He has the Final Flash, Big Bang Attack, Destructo Disk and the Revenge Death Ball, and could body hop his enemies.

No, we discussed it but we didn't agree to it. Cell only used it for transversing, nothing more or less. Goku actually shown the ability and skill to use it the way you wish Cell could.

Goku is a better fighter with more experience in the Buu saga then his Saiyan saga self. You put them in equal battles and the older Goku would win. Goku only truly trains with King Kai cause it's his planet and he has the most advantages then his other teachers. Cell only has boosted it up Saiyan saga to Frieza level skills (thanks to Frieza for the latter).

Vegeta and Piccolo also are much more skilled and better fighters later too compared to their past self.

What Baby has going for him to even think of facing da KANZENTAI seru?

I consider him as lousiest villain next to Omega in terms of skills & h2h battle prowess

Cell's fkin loaded with tricks (KHH, Solar Flare, Masenko, Makankosappo, Kienzan, Tri Beam, Instant Transmission, Galick Gun sigh.....)

This fight ends before it even begins

Cell never used half the techniques you listed in the manga. He only out bested Goku due to that power advantage.

Cell ultimately has more variety in his attacks, including the taiyoken, and can regen while Baby can't. Cell has a pretty clear advantage.

And seriously how is regen, even a costly one, not an advantage against an opponent who lacks such a thing? Not dying when the other would have died is an advantage, the only question is if it's big enough to make a difference against the opponent and in equal power levels, I'd say any kind of regen can help tip the balance in one's favor, and I'm rather puzzled why someone would say that regeneration isn't an advantage, that it's not enough sure, I can buy that, but that it outright confers no advantage? I can't really agree with that statement.

Cell has the advantage, however slight one wants to make it, he simply has a wider arsenal than Baby.

It's not an advantage cause he has to spend more ki which is not wise if he wants maintain the equal levels, and Cell doesn't have a record of being able to severe limbs from beings equal or even below his level (Goku vs Cell for example), so the off chance of him putting Baby in that type of position is slim.

Why wouldn't he? All it would take is a Kienzan+Instantaneous Movement. Heck, Cell doesn't even have to cut off a limb. He breaks an arm or a leg and Baby Vegeta's got no way to use it. Meanwhile if Cell gets something broke or broken off, he can just heal it. A little loss of ki is worth having all your limbs ready for action.

And frankly, the loss of ki has never been that great when it comes to regeneration. It didn't hinder Piccolo when he fought both Goku and Cell. It didn't hinder Cell when he fought Goku (even going as far as to let Goku eat a Senzu while he was heavily fatigued) Piccolo's own regeneration helped him survive getting a hole blasted into him by cell despite the fact that he was practically dead.

There's never been a time that regeneration has hindered an opponent. Instead it only caused more issues for the respective opponents. It easily allowed those to regenerate to continue fighting when anyone else would've been dead.

You act as if Baby Vegeta isn't going to get hurt or that its impossible for Cell to express the kind of damage to him. But he has. one chi blast on a guy who he rivaled was enough to break his arm. if Cell can break Gohan's arm, he can break Baby Vegeta's arm at equal levels. There's simply no reason to act like regeneration isn't helpful when its been helpful the whole time.

Too bad he never used it before.

I never said it was that great but the amount if ki it takes to regenerate depends on the damage received and how much you need to regenerate. So I'll agree, a arm or something wouldn't be too problematic. But he's still gonna evidently gonna be weaker if it comes to that.

Baby has all of Vegeta's training and memories, he'll know how to defeat Cell with sheer tenacity and Experience that Vegeta gained from then to now.

Gohan's durability isn't the same as Vegeta's evidently since the Buu saga Goku and Vegeta couldn't be put down despite being equals.Their durability is greater then Gohan's at equal levels.

Cell: 5
Regenerates: 4.5

Baby: 5

Baby is more then capable of rushing down on Cell.
