Remember earlier in DBS when supreme Kai and kibito defused with the dragon balls and we were thinking "oh that's foreshadowing for vegito later in the series! They can fuse to become vegito and defuse with dragon balls" But instead they went with giving vegito a time limit and made him defuse after a few minutes and have merged zamasu win I'm not hating on how they ended things but it really makes me wonder if it just flew right over all the writers' heads. It's such an easy conclusion to come to. If kibito Kai could be defused with the dragon then we can use vegito later. That's perfect foreshadowing. How can this have just flown right over the heads of toei, toyotaro, and toriyama. There's no way Again I'm not hating on the way things happened but I'm wondering if there's a legit reason they made it happen this way? Was it necessary for them to make saga unfold like this? Would there be any inconsistencies I'm missing if they had vegito defuse with the dragon balls? Please no rants about the Super writers in this thread. I want real constructive thoughts on why they didn't go with the foreshadowing vegito route and instead made things end the way they did Edited by Ssj3vegito96, Apr 27 2017, 05:13 PM.

I think they did what they did was so that Future Trunks could end the fight. It's clear that Vegito was superior in both the manga and the anime, I think they just like to not end with such a easy victory. Which I like, but one of the major points of potara fusion was that it's permanent so it bothers me that they took that out. They could have always had Vegito get overpowered or something. |
