In this thread, you'll play the atheist only if you're of a religion. Let's pretend you suddenly are. (Not militant) A Christian tells you that if you pray to God, he can fix all problems in your life. He also tells you that if you believe, your life will be fulfilled by God. But you're an atheist. Doesn't that automatically mean that not believing, and not praying, you're in for a bad time? To what degree? Do atheists and non-believers automatically have it worse than Christians? Like with all Religious threads here, we aren't interested in why you're a Christian or especially an Atheist. Don't make it personal about yourself and just answer the question. Don't get off topic, and don't Ad Hominem!!!!!!!

It isn't like as a Canadian I can be charged for a crime I never commited against Turkey while staying in Canada the entire time.

Right well the thinking goes, if they judge their luck by the standards of a Christian, then shouldn't nothing ever go their way? Christians believe that the only way for bad things to get better is to pray. Could things get better without prayer?

I disagree that Christians believe the only way for bad things to get better is to pray and yes I think things can get better without prayer. @Topic I'd say something like: "I've prayed to God my whole life and he's never answered any of my prayers.
