Started FFII again. This time I know what I'm doing.

I liked Type Zero but the camera blurred whenever it moved around and it put me off playing.

I'm finally playing FF15(Bought a PS4 on Prime Day)

It's good so far, the sidequests feel like s***ty versions of World of Warcraft quests.. quite disappointing compared ot FFX

How good are these games? I've never actually played them. I played Final Fantasy Tactics, but that was about it. There's some out for the PS4 and they look good, but I'm just not sure if it'd be my kind of thing. What other kind of games do they compare to or that they're similar to?

It truly was a Shawshank redemption

If you're talking about Final Fantasy in general, then I can highly recommend 7 and 10 as personal favourites. I'm not really well-versed enough in games to say what games are similar, but FF is pretty much just a standard RPG. Combat is turn based (at least in the ones I've played, which is 7-10). Each game usually has a unique way of levelling up your characters, but they generally aren't too complicated. It's more about the plot though.

I keep meaning to boot up my PS3 again and grab 7, 8, & 9 from the online store. They're pretty cheap (I think about £8) and I haven't played any of them in a long time.

You can get 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Steam and the graphics look far better than they do on PS3. I'd recommend starting with 7. It's not as technical as the other games in the series.
