...I'm sorry, what?

Ok so... I've got tons of questions and stuff to say about this... this thing.

First thing is... 20th Century Fox? I guess Disney doesn't own the rights to Ferdinand anymore (or did they ever?), I imagined that they would be more interested into this. Then again it doesn't seem like it's in the right hands, because this smells of typical out-of-ideas movies that are on the same level as direct-to-DVD bad sequels. The animation is pretty, and it seems to be taking itself somewhat seriously, I'll give it that much.

John Cena is Ferdinand? What's with the pun at the end? And why is Ferdinand suddenly Po from Kung Fu Panda? :o_O:

And apparently, this is coming out on December 15, 2017, opening against Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi. That's quite the competition.
