Question About Power Levels

How would you feel if they tried to set standards and benchmarks for progression for the other team members aside from Goku and Vegeta using past levels? Past Benchmark - Current Goal for the tourney Dabura - > Roshi Majin Vegeta - > Tien Mr Buu - > Krillin SSJ3 Goku -> 18 Gotenks - > 17 Ultimate Gohan -> Buu Golden Frieza - > Piccolo Trunks SSJ Rage -> Gohan Would you all be okay with them all progressing to those levels? I think they would make for fine support if they set them up to all progress like that. * Then they can simply have Goten and Trunks progress to 18/17 levels and Yamcha/Chaiotzu progress to 20/19 levels. No I wouldn't be ok with that. Too strong and that would hurt his character a lot 2. Nope 3. HA 4. Maybe. That's not too bad. The androids probably have a lot of potential 5. Again. Maybe 6. No. Buu doesn't train 7. Ehh he's already around god tier. Might as well 8. Do you prefer Cell Jr, Imperfect Cell, or Android 16 tier? 2) Lol poor Tien. Tried to throw him a bone. e would be strong enough to fight Kid Gohan and Perfect Cell, which makes him returning to the group after saying y'all won't see me anymore have some relveance. 3) I don't get the ha for Krillin. I mean it is a leap but I feel if the humans are stronger than the boys, and Krillin is the strongest human, being a ssj 2.5 tier works. Stronger than his human friends, weaker than his wife and brother in law. 4) I just think 18 is badass at that level personally. 5) See 18's reasoning, but add the phrase welcome back. And using Kai we have the gap between Goku/Gohan not being huge so Goku/Gotenks shouldn't be anything but 5% or so. IT keeps the twin cyborg relevant to one another outside tactics. 6) Buu doesn't have to really train. Toriyama said Buu doesn't know how strong he truly is when he retconneced his backstory to go from Bibidi created him to Bibidi just found and unsealed him. He gains power from napping and within. Him growing past Super/Kid Buu and to a level where he can at least beat his more evil halves (minus saiyan/namek absorption) works for me. He has some level of intelligence since he speaks in sentences and says stuff like he wants to win a wish for Satan since he gives him everything he wants. 7) I just think Frieza is fitting for him. He fought Frieza even when he hit Namek. He surpassed him with 3 years training. I would like to see him match that billing to protect the earth and himself. Also would stop the lol Piccolo power jokes Goku throws his way. 8) I want them to be close. I'm not talking spirit sword Trunks. But I would take him being as strong as Trunks was when he rages out and fights Black/Zamasu. That makes gohan more responsible for protecting himself and his family, but it leaves him far enough under Vegeta/Goku to still rely on them to handle the full time lifiting. @ssj3vegito I get what you're saying but the humans needs the boost too. To me at the least you have to let them all get to Cell saga tier. Does maybe this work for you? - MSSJ Goku at Cell Games - > Krillin - Android 16 -> Tien - Piccolo post 3 years training but pre Kami merger -> Roshi I just think Tien at the 16/Cell Humans absorbed level keeps him comfortable from the lower humans but the gap with Krillin remains there for the test of time if Krillin hits his best friends level at the Cell Games. The gap from Tien to Roshi there is huge. It also allows Tien to be so comfortable telling Yamcha and Chaiotzu to stay back. Plus if Roshi is at that Piccolo level he can still handle a Yamcha who is Gero level. I have Yamcha at Gero's level because I fill sorry for the hold in his chest lol, so I would hope he would try to protect himself from that. I also have no rpoblem with Chaiotzu being at 19 level, clowns stick together. To me that allows you to put Goten and Trunks on the level that Goku and Vegeta were at when they first go to fight the androids as super saiyans which is still superior to Piccolo (Roshi) yet weaker than the cyborgs. I guess I could be ok with them being at least cell games sounds good you're right "returning to the group after saying y'all won't see me anymore have some relveance. " What do you mean? Tien said he'd be leaving? The only thing that's bugs me still is roshi being really strong. It's like... If he could get to that power level that quickly so why didn't he help them out before?

He had expression frustrations seeing Piccolo/Vegeta at 19/20 being that strong. HE came back later in Super, which is why I wish he got to a Cell or android arc level finally As for Roshi all we know is Krillin says he is going to train with him for three years. From that point to to RF movie, we never knew anything else. He obviously trained since he can fight in his max power form and has a suit Goku calls heavy. Plus those plants. You're right, unless they write it off as he had gave up on himself and decided to try again Edited by Kblo247, Feb 18 2017, 08:56 AM.

Pretty much every fighter in 11 seem to be god for. And any level above mssj is consider god for right? Since that's equal or above supreme Kai. I doubt any other team would pick a fighter weaker then they kais. But then again some Kai's may be around 17 or 16 level.
