Posts: 5,234 Group: Member Member #6,870 Joined: October 16, 2011	Hard to say, but you can argue no when people like Vegeta and Goku have strength it took Hit 1000 years to get. You can also argue that stuff like SSJ2 Goku at Zamasu says they aren't weak. People take Gowasu commenting on Goku's power as being in relation to Beerus, but I think it is in relation to the Uni 10 GoD when he is making the comparison since that is the Destroyer he knows, which is why Beerus scoffs at Zamasu being a threat to him episodes before deleting him, and why Zamasu/Black admit they avoid him and go to Trunks timeline where he is dead. I take that to say that the elephant would get wrecked by Goku or Vegeta which is another thing that infuriates Zamasu I would guess you can argue even compared to Uni 6 it is different. Earth is extinct there and the universe is filled with powers scattered throughout. In Uni 7, most powers have been snuffed out and Earth is the end all beat all, you would be better off blowing us up from space than coming here power keg. Chrome, Edge Favourite Manga Wizard's Soul ~Holy War of Love~	Cabba is able to match post god Vegeta despite having never really had any sort of adventure to him, nor having anything close to him threatened. Universe seven is weak as hell, they just have a few stand outs that let them compete.

So far we've only really seen a handful of universe 6 fighters (and they were the ones considered to be the absolute best by Champa and Vados). We're getting a look at universe 9 fighters now, but again they're among the best of the best.

Microsoft Edge Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	"Is Universe 7 weak?" Well Vegeta and Goku rank among the Gods... so no. Gohan and Buu can be extremely powerful. Piccolo, 17, and 18 are probably middle of the pack. Tien, Krillin, and Roshi are all weak.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and possibly Gohan are really powerful (if the last two have the same power they had in the U6 Arc, of course). Good Buu, 17 and 18 could be in the middle. Tien, Roshi and Krillin are all weak. there could be weaker universes with characters at the same tier as the humans, just saying. Universe 7 might not be the strongest, but definitely are not weak.
