But who's to say people like tien got stronger. But if there gone be fighters that weak and up. We need some type of power scale right? I guess the reason it seem to weird is probably because we high balling vegeta and goku base form to be above vegito.

Toei animation has always had a weird power scale. Buu saga krillin and Yamcha in the anime could've one shotted Frieza. So it's not surprising we have things like piccolo being around super saiyan god tier
