My answer: I believe that it would power Buu up, but it would change his personality. I don't think Mr Buu has any desire to lose his current personality or bond with Satan. What we may see in a pinch is him agreeing to place a guy like Roshi who he knows in a pod and use their knowledge while under going minor changes and then releasing them. I doubt he takes over any new person. He may eat them and dispose of them like he did Krillin and the others in a pinch though if they piss him off

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	the people who get absorbed don't die but i think that could be considered as cheating, and Buu is going to change his personality thing that is not that good for Mr Satan. also, was even confirmed that killing is not allowed in the Multiversal Tournament? that is going to restrict characters like Hit to use his Full Power...
