clarification:

Son Goku is as he was against Ginyu; he sould be capable of Kaio-Ken x10; he could probably use x20 but would be out of it afterward.

Vegeta, Son Gohan, and Clearin are as they were against Third Form Freeza; Son Gohan has can rage if need be but not frequently or for long periods of time.

Numbers wise I'd have something like:

FP 2nd Form Freeza: 1,700,000

Goku vs Ginyu: 90,000
Kaioken x10: 900,000
Kaioken x20: 1,800,000

Vegeta: 500,000

Gohan: 1,100,000
Rage: 2,200,000~ (could be higher or lower)

Clearin: 300,000

This would require serious teamwork. Gohan and Goku would have to synchronize their rage/KKx20 attacks while Freeza molests Vegeta and Clearin (sorry Clearin). If Gohan and Goku fail on the first attack, the team loses.
