Logically he shouldn't be able to get stronger without absorption since you need to break down the muscle and repair it to grow, but Boo is physiologically like a piece of bubblegum and instantly regenerates, pretty much negating that whole process. My guess is Piccolo will be the strongest until Gohan unleashes his full power, and then he'll be the strongest. Boo will probably be third strongest regardless.

Pyrus my brother, do you agree with my placement Entering The Arc - Leaving the arc 1) Goku - Goku 2) Vegeta - Vegeta 3) Buu - Gohan 4) Gohan - Piccolo 5) Piccolo - Buu 6) 17 - 17 7) 18 - Krillin 8) Krillin - 18 9) Tien - Tien 10) Roshi - Roshi I think Gohan, Piccolo, and Krillin pull off some miracle. I can see Gohan stacking power or rage for a moment. I can see Piccolo surprising someone. I can also see Krillin beating someone who has beat his wife with the whole story development they have used
