SSJ3 Goku vs. SSJ3 Gotenks (Buu Saga).; who wins?

 Scenario: this SSJ3 Goku has the same lead on his Buu Saga self that Base Goku (Current) has on SSJG Goku (BoG Saga).

Scenario 2: if not enough, this SSJ3 Goku has the same lead on his BoG Saga self that Base Goku (Current) has on SSJG Goku (BoG Saga).

Scenario 3: if he defeats Gotenks, could he defeat Buuhan or even Super Vegetto? if so, how far does he get in GT?
No stamina drain and time limit.

oh, and f you follow Two Base Theory, then instead of Base Goku Current, is Goku Beyond God (Current).

 The narrative that Toei shows is that Goku was always stronger than Gotenks and Gohan, so Goku obviously wins.
