My mistake it was 1.5 but that just makes Goku mach 6. In Dragon Ball: Origins, the Nimbus is shown to fly at over 400 mph. Daizenshuu 4 states that the Nimbus' top speed is Mach 1.5. http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Flying_Nimbus |

well its keeping up with piccolo and him and goku were already like mach 3 in travel speed at the time. maybe he used nimbus to conserve energy |
