Ginyu in his frog form (obviously taking up on the filler side of the series) tricks Tagoma into switching bodies with him, as noted by the image posted by "Slifer". Ginyu Togoma does stuff before getting photoshopped by Vegeta. This is not hard to follow. It's quite easy to see your ignorance on this whole subject. You clearly haven't seen the episode and at best have seen a few clips here and there.

Oh, and Captain Ginyu became a frog in DBZ, was shown as a frog in DBS, though he really should've been dead when Pure Boo blew up the Earth, so continuity is at least working alright.

They'd have to retcon the end of GT too, so it wouldn't work in the slightest. Why would it be called SSJ5 if it's the antithesis of the SSJ transformation?
