If you want absolutely want to build a PC now, then I guess you could do that, but Ryzen and Kaby Lake CPUs are about to be released anyway, so if you could wait, then you could get your hands on one of these two which would make more sense considering they're going to be most likely released in CES 2017 which is a week away from now.

You want to get an AMD card? If you're getting one, then I suggest waiting for Ryzen. Anyhow, I've read that the MSI, ASUS, PowerColon, XFX, and Sapphire cards are amazing cards. Just pick the one that you like.

I recommend getting at least a MSI B150 PC Mate motherboard. It supports Crossfire, and it's cheaper than Z170 motherboards. I'm not sure if it has the features you want, but it's at least better than the motherboard you mentioned in your post above.

The RAM isn't anything special, but I recommend getting a faster 8GB memory and upgrading down the line. It would be cheaper and better in the future.

Your power supply is alright. Don't listen to anyone who says you absolutely need 80+ Gold or Platinum efficiency PSUs. You should think about that with high-end components. However, if you want a better PSU, you can get the SeaSonic S12II 520w. Again, it's not a must to get them, but it's a very high quality PSU. If you want quieter PSUs, you could look into the be quiet! PSUs. Investing in a good PSU is very important and overlooked way more than you think. Again, your PSU is fine.

Your case is fine, but there are better cases out there. I won't judge what you like or not, so I will leave it for you.

Since you're getting a locked i5 processor, I don't advise getting a CPU cooler since you won't be overclocking and your case is spacious. However, if you're hellbent on getting a CPU cooler, I would recommend getting Cryorig and be quiet! CPU coolers. They're much easier to install than any Cooler Master CPU cooler, perform better, and have better acoustics.

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

Other than saying 8GB of RAM is probably okay for the build, it looks good!

I have it, It works just as fine, however i did experience some odd stuff. Like while watching videos on YT screen goes black then it reappears with odd colored background and a beeping sound which is odd can be heard from the speakers. I was told to uninstall the latest amd driver 17.1.1 I installed the previous 16, bla bla bla crimson one. So far it is okay.
