So then, anyone paying attention to the news regarding the President will notice that he tweets allot about various subjects, from how some companies act to how it's weird he can't talk to the leader of Taiwan while America is allowed to sell weapons to Taiwan, to saying millions of people are illegal immigrants and that's how Clinton won the popular vote.

...Yeah I don't like the way Trump is using it either and am hoping he's stuck with a call only phone so he can actually focus on events. But this did bring up an idea, could a more focused president use twitter as a way to help enforce their policy? Perhaps as a way to contact the America people without having to make speeches in front of a camera? Give them a little information about a business practice going around that he wants to stop or so? Perhaps encourage others to read up on something and thus realize what they're doing and such?

Is there a realistic way that the tweets could be used well compared to other resources used in the past by Presidents?

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

The internet in general seems to be an undervalued tool with political stuff.

Look at all the things Obama has been doing, every time he does something positive people post about it everywhere and things that otherwise wouldn't be noticed become well known.

A smart President could definitely use Twitter and the like to become more favourable to the masses.
Obviously that doesn't apply to Trump because his brain has no filter and it's like he doesn't even realize people can read the s*** he types out.

Obama might not be the coolest President as a person but with all the stuff we've seen of him he's definitely got a fantastic reputation, whereas others only get mentioned when they make speeches or attend events etc etc
Obama makes internet news just by going to a chipotle place.

They wouldn't even have to talk about political stuff really, a President or a candidate that's funny and interesting would have the eyes of many...so long as their policies weren't Hitler-esque.
