When did he grab the glasses? Before tien did the solar flare or after? If he's charging towards goku saying "haha you can't see me" then he should see whether goku is wearing glasses or not right? So doesn't that mean goku went and grabbed the glasses while tien was charging at him?

Yeah, he aim-dodged it. Tenshinhan probably thought Goku was just moving around to try and hit him by chance instead of moving to grab Roshi's sunglasses. Otherwise, you'd have to explain why Goku is so exponentially faster than Tenshinhan despite them both being shown to be basically equal. We see Goku catch on in the panel before Tenshinhan launches the Taiyoken, so it wasn't just a simple reaction to the attack once it had been activated.

Doesn't tien say afterwards that he put his guard down? That could be why he couldn't see goku move. He doesn't even take his eyes off him. So he had to have seen him not wearing glasses up until the last moment where rushes and grabs the glasses and him putting his gaurd down would explain the massive difference in speed despite them being portrayed to be pretty close in power

I don't think the right word is aim dodge since that usually refers to predicting the direction of an attack before it happens. But I don't see any reason to dispute the fact that he's already moving before the technique even starts. Him not seeing Goku's glasses doesn't change anything since he didn't even notice Goku already countering him either. Goku started moving before the tech started, and finished halfway through Ten doing his attack.

This is one of those feats that are unexplained by AT. Tenshinhan has eye on Goku the entire time and the only time Goku can grab Roshi's glasses is when the flash is happening, that's when Ten possibly can't see Goku. Goku must have incredible speed that surpass the likes of early-Saiyan characters.

Yes, I think he definitely aim-dodged. If he was fast enough to outrun the Solar Flare, why would he need the sunglasses in the first place? Plus, much more powerful characters than Kid Goku were clearly unable to dodge the attack (Vegeta, Dodoria, Piccolo come to mind).
