These guys:![]() Saw a Facebook post the other day saying "The last character you played in a video game has to fight these guys, how screwed are they?" The Dragonborn from Skyrim was mine, figured why not make it in to a topic. Gonna add conditions though just because it'd be ridiculous without them. Firstly Juggernaut from the old X-Men cartoon, Doomsday from the animated movie(the one he "kills" Superman in), MCU Hulk and I guess that Bane is fine, haven't played the Arkham games. These guys also don't necessarily work together but they don't turn on each other. Secondly the Dragonborn gets his/her own conditions. The Dragonborn can use Shouts as often as Dragons in the game, so no or next to no cooldown. Shouts are also to be taken literally here. As in none of these four can be so powerful that a Shout like Ice Form, Unrelenting Force or Disarm doesn't work. Here's the full list of the Shouts. Marked For Death slows or stops regeneration(mainly for Hulk though his regen speed is unclear) The Dragonborn can't steal any souls or use any insta-kill shouts other than to make sure Doomsday stays dead. The Dragonborn can also summon other fighters for him/her but only enough that the numbers on each team are equal. As in when say Bane dies the Dragonborn can only summon two other fighters. Finally the Dragonborn has Dragon Armour and weaponry and is as tough as they can get without surpassing the level cap in the base game, with the appropriate amount of spells and naturally 300 cheese wheels. Their health, magicka and stamina also regenerate as in the games. Can the Dragonborn do it? I feel like they have a good chance, between Slow Time and Become Etheral they have a lot of time to recuperate. Slow Time combined with Whirlwind Sprint would be damn useful too. Hulk and Doomsday would be a case of raw power, not sure how they'd take out Juggernaut though. Bane's just...there. Edited by Steve, Nov 19 2016, 01:03 AM.

The Dragonborn can do it if we scale him to Miraak, who created a giant fissure by shouting to make his own island. |

Arkhamverse Bane feels completely unecessary here. If you're looking for a version of Bane that might stand more of a chance, pick the strongest one, from The Batman. ![]() How strong is Dragonborn really? Because I've seen people w*** the crap outta him, as with the rest of Skyrim, and I'm not sure if I can buy it. |
Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?! Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power. | |

The Dragonborn is almost featless, all we can do is scale him to Miraak, who does have a decent feat in breaking an island away from the mainland.

If he has a lot of potions then maybe. But I really doubt the dude could win, Idk. It seems hard to gage him in against these kinds of opponents. |

The canonical Dragonborn is a male Nord so take that into consideration too. Since he is normally featless we will use the default. |

Did this island fissure thing happen in the game? Haven't played the DLC fully yet. The lore tends to make characters a lot more powerful than the games so I think limiting it to game stuff is probably best, considering the likes of Alduin was meant to be able to eat worlds but in the game clearly he's not that capable. Anyway as for the strength of the Dragonborn shouts being literal evens it out I'd say. With Unrelenting Force he can blast any of these four away, he can slow down time, make his movements much faster, freeze opponents, burn them with fire breath, summon lightning to strike his opponents and gain the strength of a dragon. Magic is harder to gauge, I guess lightning spells would be useful. Fire and ice ones probably not so much. The best stuff would be healing spells and alteration to increase defence. |

Solstheim is separated from Skyrim, that's a fact. The question is whether or not Miraak's duel caused that.
I mean all of this stuff is in the games if you just read the books scattered around the place. |

Yeah but the differences in what happens is the same as LOTR movies vs the books. Movie Gandalf doesn't do anything nearly as crazy as book Gandalf for instance. The lore and game feats don't match even if the lore is supposedly legit. Both tell different stories even if both are meant to be the same thing. Game feats/logic should probably be enough. Especially if you consider the scaling of foes and the Dragonborn. Initially one sword slash would do a lot of damage to someone but later on you need hundreds from a basic sword to do anything so the characters are pretty tough in a gamey way. |

That doesn't make any sense. You can shoot someone through the face with an arrow in the gameplay and they'll be okay, despite not possessing regeneration in lore. You have to use the lore or otherwise the Dragonborn can die from a fall despite all of his supposed good feats. |

When you do a vs. battle using Elder Scrolls characters you have to use the lore. not in game mechanics. |
