Meet Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama. A student in Salt Middle School, born with incredible psychic powers, he would soon realize they were hardly that helpful to living his life. It couldn't help him impress the girl he liked even he showed off his psychic abilities to her, and in more extreme circumstances, it caused him to hurt his own brother, causing him to develop a complex towards using his psychic powers. A otherwise average and nonathletic student with little standing out about him. He is trying to improve himself and gain some skills that would actually help him live his life.
A large part of his philosophy is that having psychic powers does not make one any more or less special than anyone else, and that he should never use his powers against another person. These beliefs would be put to the test as they brought him into conflict with many others who felt... Otherwise we shall say.
Offence
Easily dispatches a bunch of ghosts of bikers
Casually defeats Boss, almost annihilating him before stopping at the last second
Easily destroys the spirit from inside, which was much more powerful than Boss, he remarks it wasn’t that powerful later.
Quickly destroys the Scent Ghoul’s arm.
Cuts the scent ghoul into many pieces.
Creates a crater with his power before charging into Koyama, at which point Mob grabs him and slams him into the ground, creating another crater. While speeding at Koyama he also leaves a large trail of dust in his wake and knocks over the other people in the alley.
squashes Terada between two trees, completely overtaking his Psychic Air Whips.
In his second battle with Koyama he stops him from moving so much as a finger.
Throws Koyama into the walls, floor, and ceiling, destroying a good portion of the hall and leaving him stuck in the ceiling.
Dispatches three of Muraki's duplicates.
Defense
Casually protects Reigen from a large explosion of fire from Boss
gets eaten by this spirit far more powerful than Boss. He’s perfectly fine through out this, as shown when he destroys the spirit.
Blocks a strike strong enough to push the two girls back and onto the floor, and destroys the Scent Ghoul’s hand in the process.
During episode 3, Dimple infused a mask with psychic power in order to force people who wear them to smile, laugh, and join his cult. It worked on pretty much any non psychic this was tried on. Mob didn’t even realize there was anything special to it because it was so weak from his perspective, though as shown later Mob has a different idea than most about what constitute's psychic strength.
Teru rushes forward and attacks Mob, it doesn’t work very well and Mob is fine.
Easily blocks Teru’s telekinetically thrown rocks.
Gets thrown into the air before driven back down into the ground by Teru.
And immediately after that he gets pushed and thrown through a school building into a statue.
Gets a statue thrown at him, he goes through a door, and then slammed on the other side of a classroom (apparently) fast enough to creak the windows before even hitting it, and then gets pushed back onto it again.
Teru pushes him through multiple class rooms, notably for the first wall he seems to heat up the wall until it’s bright yellow from the heat, after which Mob goes through the rooms normally, by getting thrown through them.
repels knives thrown at him by Teru, even repelling one at Teru (by accident).
Gets punched into a wall.
Takes getting kicked by Koyama.
Gets punched and then kicked into the air by Koyama’s Telekinetic Helix.
Is brutalized by Koyama, noticeably he survives after his psychic shield is broken through.

Blocks two trees that were thrown on top of him.
Survives Ishiguro crushing him this increased gravity.
Prevents Reigan from flying into Ishiguro’s Black orb (note that it’s not an actual black hole, even if it mimics one and has similar effects), it should be noted that Reigan was worried about getting pulled part in this sort of tug of war. Note that this black ability of Ishiguro’s caused the top of a rather large building to be blown up.
Other
Mob has very few feats in these areas or they're different from most, so these will simply be grouped together for convenience.
Traps the Scent Ghoul inside a gym.
Gets in front of the girl before the Scent Ghoul can grab her and take a hostage, and quickly destroys the Scent Ghoul’s arm as well.
Teru is explaining his power, basically, he’s faster than the eye can see, but Mob can see him perfectly fine.
While getting suffocated by Teru, he still refuses to use his psychic powers against him, even to the point where he passes out. 1 2 3
Notices three of Muraki’s duplicates coming at him before they reach him and easily dispatches them.
100% Emotion
These feats are when Mob explodes due to his emotions reaching a breaking point (represented by him reaching 100% progress to his explosion).
RAGE
Lifts all the people that piled on top of him off, tears up the floor, and lifts dozens of people into the air, also
Blocks Dimple’s attack
Blocks Dimple’s attack and repels him with an explosion that takes out a foot and limb of the ghost's.
Dismembers a full power Dimple.
Tanks a massive beam, notably Dimple doesn’t even think that’s enough and immediately gets ready to attack again, as we see later, it did absolutely nothing
Block’s Dimple’s slicing attack and chop’s off his blade arm before destroying Dimple with two fingers.
Mob’s psychic might pushes Koyama into the ground, creating a large crater, and then throws a host of stones and such at him before simply grabbing Koyama himself and forcing him into his hand with his psychic power.
While holding Koyama he drags him up into the air though the wall, creating enough heat to melt the wall and air vents, destroying any windows along the way. Koyama’s telekinetic helix also fails to break through Mob’s defenses unlike before.
Flies him and Koyama down hard enough to apparently catch fire before going through every floor in the parking building, creating enough force to destroy the windows of a nearby building along with a bit of the walls and pillars.
It also left the ground they landed on red hot for a second.
SADNESS
Brings back Teru, the parts of the school he took apart, and the other students caught up in this and brings it all safetly to the ground from the sky, even repairing the school to where it seems as if nothing happened (if it weren't for the witnesses).
REJECTION
Amplified the illusion Muto showed him and then reversed it back onto him while having an explosion of Rejection, this takes out Muto immediately. It should however be noticed after words that he feinted after this as well, so it's not exactly a foolproof defence.
???%
When Mob is knocked out... Something comes out, or takes over and gets rid of the threat to him. Mob however lacks control over it, and when he wakes up can find that he's wrought havoc because of this.
Destroys Teru’s clothes and pushes him to the wall despite him putting up an “ultimate barrier."
Drains all the energy in the nearby area, including Teru’s.
Takes apart most of the school and Teru high enough into the sky that he’s even above the clouds themselves.
