The Lord of the Dark Posts: 15,357 Group: Member Member #11,968 Joined: January 7, 2015 Gender Male Country Spain	-How far does he get into the FF universe? -FFF RT -Foom can only get as big as he was seen in his biggest appearance ever (roughly big enough to dwarf New York). VS Round 1: Who's the weakest hero/main protagonist that can beat Foom? Round 2: Who's the weakest villain/main antagonist that can beat Foom? Bonus: The weakest hero/villain gets non-canon feats, can they beat Foom now?

Tough choices here, as the protagonists of every Final Fantasy is usually magnitudes weaker than the antagonist/villain. In almost every single Final Fantasy in fact with the exception of FF13 (Where Lightning becomes the monotheistic equivalent of the Abrahamic God). The weakest heroset that could take him may be the FF8 crew funnily enough, the Eden summon is capable of causing an explosion that is roughly the size of a Galaxy. And that seems enough to take on someone like FFF. The weakest villain that even has a chance honestly is probably The Emperor, seeing as how he took over both Heaven and Hell (How he does so is never elaborated upon).

Seems kind of unfair, Foom never likes it when he's got to fight more than one or two people. I mean, you can seperate them, they'll all ultimately the same leagues of amount below Foom, and Eden is a summon that can be summoned regardless of whether or not there's more than one person in the party.

They all have their neat abilities and specializations, but they are treated as equal in the sense that they all have their own unique purpose to the team. Zell for his strength, Squall for his leadership abilities, Selphie for moral support, and Quistis as a mentor figure for example of one game.

Most of them get stomped horribly, even the FF7 cast which gets hyped to no end, the best you could argue for them is Moon level... and from what I've seen of FFF that's not enough. Even Sephiroth is more just an annoying pest at his best. The only singular protagonist that can beat FFF decisively is Lightning, and that's because she literally kills God.

At his strongest he utilizes an entire planet as his lifesource and means of travel. Capable of casting meteors that can more or less cripple a planet and reduce it to a smoldering wasteland.
