Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	from what i've read, this Creepypasta version of Sonic is someone who could alter the reality in his world, so is a fact that he is GOD in his universe. how so far would he get in Fiction? assuming he is fighting in his world. There are hundreds of characters in fiction that can do the exact same thing but better. Heck there are characters in the Sonic franchise that are much more powerful than this guy.

Can't say how powerful his reality warping is though so major powerhouses are questionable.

So just for the lulz, imma say 4chan Shrek would curbstomp this dude.

Hell if iirc, even Thanos should be able to get through reality warping.

Google Chrome	Going off of that page, Exe is limited to his own dimension and is unable to break out of it. So he's weaker than lots of people, Super Boo being one to name a random example I don't see many feats for exe being able to warp reality beyond him controlling a game world that is just numbers and bits.
