I don't think Batman has ever done anything similar to that, but Killer Croc's a whole lot stronger than Goku and even when he broke a couple of his ribs, he could still fight back, so even if Goku took Batman by surprise, he still wouldn't be able to crush his body.

Even then, I'm not sure if he could penetrate Goku's tough skin, Pilaf's gang failed at that. And only one batarang? Goku stands a better chance with the power pole, but I still see Batman taking him down most of the time.
