Shrek would have trouble countering aerial attacks.

Shrek would have trouble countering aerial attacks. Giran didn't look all that fast while flying and he's definetely not smart enough to think about that. Also, pummel Shrek? Highly unlikely. He could use his superior martial arts skill, yes, but how's he going to pummel a guy who takes punches from people much stronger and possibly much more skilled than Giran? I don't see how Shrek is going to have trouble countering aerial attacks when he's fought stuff like that many times and surpassed those odds rather easily.

I mean, giran could keep up with Goku's speed, and at this point in time Goku can already block bullets

I mean, giran could keep up with Goku's speed, and at this point in time Goku can already block bullets Goku wasn't even trying at the time, he had to put a lot of effort because Giran was big and strong. And when did Giran keep up with him? He blocked ONE punch. Also, Shrek can dodge, evade and outrun crossbow arrows while carrying Donkey and Puss without even trying. Besides the thing with the witch wasn't even referring to Giran's fighting speed, but how fast he flies.
