VS Round 1: Imperfect Cell Round 2: Semi-Perfect Cell Round 3: Perfect Cell Round 4: Super Perfect Cell Bonus Round: If the Toriko world is too much for Cell, replace it with the Naruto universe. If that's still too much, then replace it with the One Piece universe.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	With no Ki attacks he doesn't get that far in any of them really you don't really need to limit that I think. Super Perfect Cell with Ki attacks I'd say maybe gets to around Eight Kings levels. Without Ki attacks significantly lower than that since his strength can't match Torikoverses all he'd have for a time is speed. He probably makes it until the point where Coco has Mould Spear, no way he's dodging that and no reason to believe he could resist the poison. Failing that it would incapacitate him at which point he could just be devoured. He gets far in Narutoverse I guess but again without Ki attacks he's at the mercy of hax and the superior physicals of characters with the likes of Sage Mode. Probably gets to the war arc at max. Doesn't get past Itachi if Genjutsu is allowed though, I'd assume not. Mind Transfer would be an easy win, Shinobi are no strangers to sacrificing themselves so Ino could just steal his body and kill herself, someone could use Amaterasu to make sure the body is destroyed. One Piece world again hax and strength, he could beat most characters but certainly not people with more "weird" abilities. If BFR counts he can be trapped in a mirror dimension forever. Or turned to stone if he thinks anything dirty about Boa Hancock. It's possible...lord help him if he's a secret pervert. Perona's ghosts would make him kill himself too, he would try to tank them considering they're not going to give off any kind of dangerous PL and then he has instant and unbearable depression. And if he doesn't kill himself a number of characters could just remove his soul. Gecko Moria could remove his shadow and then if any sunlight hits him he dies. Long story short powers in One Piece are f*in' weird, if nothing else his personality ruins it for him here. Edited by Steve**, Oct 31 2016, 12:01 AM.

Solos the entire Narutoverse in his first form- As for the one piece verse....he'd pretty much just blitz and one-shot anyone before they could react but he can't actually do anything to the logias, he could always bust the planet but Enel can survive in space so- I dunno

I haven't seen Toriko, but without energy blasts he's at the mercy of guys like Itachi eith wild super powers.

The only reason he'd ever fight like that is if you completely ignore his personality. He'd be eager to find someone strong in all of these verses he wouldn't just wipe them out. Like I said, his personality is his downfall he'd be way too arrogant and get wrecked by hax he can't possibly defend himself against. Definitely doesn't get past the Eight Kings from Toriko anyway, Sky Deer can create a space where time advances much much faster than normal to the point where if you've been in it for even just a few seconds you've aged many millions of years. Unless we have reason to believe Cell would live forever he'd wither away in that or just get attacked from the outside. Torikoverse is no joke. We even got a whale with a black hole for a stomach. Or a 220,000KM long snake who's gastric juices can destroy anything in the known universe, which in Toriko includes all the crazy strong creatures.
