How good was Bardock in Xenoverse?

Ever since his debut in Budokai 3, Bardock has always been a pretty strong character despite not being all that strong canonically. In B3, he was one of the best characters in the game since he was like the king of close-quarters damage and juggle ability. His only downside is he only had 3 ki baselines with no way of increasing it and was lacking ranged attacks really puts him at a disadvantage against the other top tier characters like Piccolo and Dabura who can just zone him or to lesser extent, Cell since he has better reach and has faster starters (though not as many mixups).

I also remember Bardock being pretty good in BT2 and 3 since he was fast, had a great rush super, and had Wild Sense but don't remember much about him in the Raging Blast games.

Anyways, tell me how good was he in Xenoverse.

I recall him being meh in BT3. Wild Sense was super easy to juke and really just a waste of blast stocks once you got up to a certain skill level. His rush was okay damage wise, but there were others that did better damage and had tracking, while Bardock's relied on the enemy standing still(at least in the Wii version). His speed wasn't much special, he was average and that was about it.

In Raging Blast, Bardock was again, just okay. His signature isn't the greatest and he's not the fastest.
