SSJ2 Goku vs SSJ2 Majin Vegeta vs SSJ2 Kid Gohan vs Majin Super Perfect Cell; An SSJ2 tier battle royale.

More of a conventional-esque battle royale. The one important difference is Super Perfect Cell having the Majin charm to increase his power. For simplicity's sake, let's say the increase is the same as Vegeta's. Restrictions are planetary destruction and further transforming. The battle takes place in a generic earthly wasteland. Who wins?

Bonus Scenario: All of the these fighters are working together against Mr Buu. Can they win?

Bonus Scenario 2: The same as the previous bonus scenario except it's Evil Buu instead. Do they win?

 ssj2 goku and majin vegeta would match fat buu so majin spc cell and teen gohan would be enough heck theyd only need cell as gohan would be weaker than them evil buu theyd need gohan and id see them winning with min to mid diffuculty

 as for who win teen gohan gets b'''''ch slapped to next tuesday the other three would be even now one of two ways majin vegeta blows cell up and only goku stands or cell wins due to techniques

 Goku and Majin Vegeta should take advantage of their slight superiority in power by disposing of Gohan and Cell and it should come down to a fight between the two of them. I guess just flip a coin for that part.

 A theoretical "Majin Cell" for me would produce a result around moderately stronger than Goku and Vegeta, in similar vein to what it would be between regular SPC and the two, just reversed. Gohan by now is the underdog in all categories and whether he's soundedly defeated by the two Saiyans or rather trashed by Cell, his defeat is certain. Cell meanwhile should be able to soundly beat Goku and Vegeta though I can't necessarily vouch for his victory if Goku and Vegeta went at him together.

I'll just say this, I don't have Pre-Majin Vegeta on either of Cell or Gohan's level and in fact I have him on relatively significant less level. but for argument sake I can put Vegeta up a bit and if Cell's going to get the same boost as Vegeta, that's going to put him no less than Goku and Majin Vegeta.

As for the other rounds, while I certainly have Good Boo, I might have SPC on Boo's level at this point but for argument sake let's say he's just around Goku and Vegeta. I do feel a combination of 4 power SSj2s can take out someone of boo's level and they could probably do the same to Evil boo (I assume you mean Gray Boo) if not with more seriously difficulty than before.

 Honestly think Cell takes this. Vegeta was not as strong as SPC pre majin and matched Goku with the majin boost. The same boost should push Cell beyond that.

In the bonus scenario...idk is 4 ssj2's enough to beat fat buu? There's like 2-3x gap between ssj2 and fat buu right? That's huge

Second bonus: evil buu was still pretty strong since he had the majority of fat buu's power so my answer is the same for the first bonus

Giving Cell the same boost as Vegeta would put him exactly where pre-Majin Vegeta was for me; nudging him closer to Gohan's power would make him pretty much his equal after receiving the boost from there. In the latter case, Cell's regeneration and arsenal could make him about about as likely as Goku or Vegeta to win. Gohan is the boy least likely to.

Good Boo could've joined the battle as far as I'm concern—though the lack of sparks is probably what disqualifies his from entering—as he only holds a slight power advantage over Goku and Vegeta. With his regeneration though he's sure to beat anyone in a one-one-one—brutally so against Cell or Gohan—but any combination of the "Super Saiyan 2s" could pull off a victory—Goku and Vegeta being quite likely—and all four makes them very unlikely to lose.

Evil Boo is certainly the limit of them having any hopes of success. Individually he flaws them with utter ease, and they'll only manage something if they give out their best attacks simultaneously, and then relentlessly spam him with everything else they've got. No likely, but doable. Give them Good Boo and I'd say their chances are doubled, and probably a tiny bit in their favour.

Right, in order to figure out Majin Cell's strength, I'll be pulling out my Cell Games + Boo Arc relative power list again:

SSJ Cell Games Goku: 1
SSJ Boo Arc Gohan: 1,05
SSJ Pre-Majin Vegeta: 1,3
SSJ Cell Games Gohan: 1,7
SSJ Boo Arc Goku/Majin Vegeta: 1,85
Perfect Cell: 2,4
SSJ2 Pre-Majin Vegeta: 2,6
Super Perfect Cell: ~3,2
SSJ2 Cell Games Gohan: 3,4
SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta: 3,7
Vegeta's Majin Boost=3,7/2,6=1,42
Majin Super Perfect Cell: 3,2*1,42=4,5

So, Majin Super Perfect Cell is about 1,2 times as powerful as Goku and Vegeta, which means he most likely wins in a four way battle, especially due to having regeneration and plenty of techniques.

Round 2:
I have Good Boo 1,3-1,4 times as powerful as SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta, which means Majin Super Perfect Cell could likely keep him occupied while Gohan, Goku and Vegeta prepare blasts to vaporize him.

Round 3:
This is the grey Buu, right? I have him 1,7-1,6 times more powerful than SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta, which means he's 1,3-1,4 times as powerful as Majin Super Perfect Cell, so the team's only hope of winning is either Cell or Goku using Instant Transmission to surprise Boo and destroy him with a Kamehameha.

 Ok, the first one to go down is Gohan, less skills and the weakest of the four (well, he is still close). then Majin Vegeta and then Goku , who are still a bit inferior to Cell and don't have regeneration. i don't think Cell would fall on Self Destruction or IT Kamehameha.

Scenario 2 : Cell would keep Buu occupied while the other 3 can charge their finish moves.

Scenario 3 : this is much of a gap between E. Buu and SSJ2 Team, unless they are able to pull an Combined Attack like 2 Self Destructions and 2 Super Kamehamehas they don't win this.
