Yamcha vs Goten. They both have equal powerlevels so its up to skill and abilities

Yamucha should finally get a win here thanks to skills and experience.

Yamcha wins, likely rather easily. He's more experienced, has had actual martial arts training, is probably better with the Kamehameha, has at least one more technique which would actually be rather useful and could catch Goten offguard (the spirit ball/sokidan), and for what it's worth has longer reach too.

Yamcha's skill and experience have him win. Goten is lacking in both of those heavily compared to Yamcha.

As stated above, Yamcha wins due to being more experienced, in additon to his greater size. However, I believe this is true only if it's the Yamcha from earlier in the storyline. While he may have an equal power level, if it's the Yamcha from the Buu saga, he may lose due to not being mentally in the game. Fighting requires mental skills as well as physical, and if you go too long without practicing something, your mental skills can deteriorate as well as your physical abilities.
I'm getting very angry with you, and for me that is a very bad thing, so watch yourself.
