I know by FP you meant Full Power, right? And Surpassed Limits is after they channeled Ki into him, yes? I don't remember everything from SD (from GT in general tbh) that clearly, but I think FP = Surpassed Limits here, as at first Goku was fighting Syn as a weakened SSJ4, then he had his limits surpassed AGAIN (in Baby Saga was first time) and then he fought him. Or maybe you just meant healthy SSJ4 Goku at FP before surpassing his limits again. I guess that makes sense. Anyway, I have SSJ4 above SSJB (come at me, GT haters), but I don't know by how much tbh. If this was EoGT Goku, he would stomp for sure, but here... Maybe if he can pull of Dragon Fist somehow and catch Black by surprise... Other than that I would say they're even. Draw.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	i have SSJG Goku equal to Surpassed Limits Goku, so we have God Ki Absorbed Base, SSJ, 2, 3 and Blue Goku in Black Arc. as Black is SSJB level he wins.
