SSJ4 Gogeta's strongest technique appears to be Big Bang Kamehameha, which is, respectively, Big Bang Attack and Kamehameha combination. SSJ4 Vegito, on the other hand, should have Final Kamehameha at his disposal, seeing how he used this even in base. Final Flash + Kamehameha > Big Bang Attack + Kamehameha, so if the fight is resulting in eventual beam struggle, Vegito wins (not to mention I've always seen Vegito as stronger, but I'm assuming they're even for the sake of the argument) Of course, there is no way to say that Gogeta can't create techniques that Vegito uses & vice versa, but since SSJ4 Vegito is a hypothetical character himself, I'm not gonna' do this even more hypothetical fight and I'm only going with what is showed. So Vegito wins in my opinion.

If Vegeta or Goku have more potential than the other then Vegeto is going to end up stronger since you have to have equal powers to fuse for Gogeta.
