I doubt Ten will let a Kienzan hit him and I doubt Krillin would let the Kikoho hit him, these guys know most of each others' moves. This one would have some finesse, but honestly I'd call it a 50/50. Perhaps Ten can use his size to his advantage à la Jackie Chun vs Goku in the 21st.

Tien is much more skilled and can use basically any ability. So Tien wins.

Tien wins, better array of techniques, Can Mimic anything Killin does on the spot and has done very well with fights with people on his level

Krillin goes in hard on Tenshinhan. Dude is a crafty little warlock when he needs to be.

Yeah, Krillin's super crafty and he's got a good record of surviving against opponents who're waaa~aaaaay tougher than he is. Even if Tenshinhan does have more techniques at his disposal, Krillin can use his more effectively and is a much more efficient fighter, being able to improvise and adapt really easily.

Nevertheless Tien's more skilled and his techniques are far more destructive. Krillin is not surviving a Shin Kikoho to the face.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

Let's just assume they're not getting hit by the Kikoho or the Kienzan because that goes in circles all day.

At which point in the series are we talking? If it's the Boo saga or beyond, I think Tien would win. Not only has Krillin become extremely rusty, but Tien has only furthered himself.

The Cell Games would probably be when Krillin was at his peak. It'd be an extremely close match, but I'd give Tien the win. I can see him having more skill due to both having a more intense training routine and having a training partner. Plus he has more varied moves at his disposal, and has had an extra teacher over Krillin in the form of Kaio.

Assuming they're both in their prime, I'm giving Tenshinah the advantage. In melee he'd be better due to the Four Witches technique and possibly better reach, and at range he can deflect/reflect Krillin's kamehamehas. Shin Kikoho is also significantly easier to land than Kienzan, since I believe its speed is proportional to its power, but it still going to be hard for Tenshinhan to aim it without Krilling interrupting him. I also don't think it'd be an easy fight for Tenshinhan, as he and Krillin would be fairly evenly matched, but I'd give him the win 6-7 times out of 10.

(Solar Flare's not really an advantage for either side, since both know the other has it and can look away or close their eyes as necessary).
