Fat Buu vs Kibito Kai

 I read the Manga a few days ago and when Kibito and Supreme Kai fuse they mention how much power they have and it sparked an idea. Who would win?

 Fat Buu would win. Very little insight is given into how powerful Kibitokai is. All we know is Elder Kaioshin denouncing him as being insufficient to fight Buutenks and him being allocated transportation duty for the non-combatants. You would assume the Potara Earrings granted a massive increase, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Not even his magical abilities are given any consideration despite the reasonable assumption being they would be worthwhile to have if Kaioshin alone was able to restrain SSJ2 Gohan.
