Many People think this is still a overkill in Vegetto's favor and that Base Vegetto vs. SSJ3 Gogeta is a better fight. but IMO Gogeta at minimum as the same PL as SSJ2 Vegetto with SSJ3 and at max he stomps.

Reasoning is that they were all surprised at how strong Vegetto was, and the reason was expressly due to the two that fused, and not the Potara themselves. This, to me, suggests Gogeta would also receive a bigger boost than expected when thinking of Gotenks.
