They are both pretty much on par with each other in pl more or less.. So either one wins, given the circumstances. lol
	Gender Neutral, meaning I don't want to be specified to either gender. If you keep calling me by gender terms, I'm just going to call you an "it". That's all.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Hellsing, Elfen Lied, Trigun Maximum	Cooler might be able to win with just no repair but I'd certainly give him the win 2nd Repair and beyond. There's some pretty strong implication that Piccolo has fused with God at this point. That or Dende decided to randomly stop by on the Lookout and Kami wanted to take a walk somewhere. However instead of Piccolo going off to fight against Cooler, it was instead Goku and Vegeta who fought him. Piccolo instead dealt with the guards and for a bit, even struggled against them. There at least seems to be an indications that Goku and Vegeta in movie 6 are just kind of superior at this point. Whether you use it or not, the Daizenshuu also says that Movie 6 takes place between Cell attaining his perfect form and the start of the Cell Games.
