Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	the Mecha Freeza who faced Trunks and only used a small % of his power? he gets crushed. if he is using and can use 100%, i'd say he wins, but is not going to be any easy, IMO

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Freeza would be very slightly stronger at 100% IMO, so the result would depend on whether or not Freeza's 100% power would result in a strain on the body as a cyborg, and if Vegeta could last long enough to take advantage of that.

But main timeline Goku was pretty confident that he could take him out with minimal effort. And SSJ Vegeta on the otherhand, I dunno, he might be somewhere inbetween the 2, but there's not much to go on that.

It doesn't matter if Frieza was weaker than what he was, he still would have headed straight to Earth for revenge. Frieza didn't get stronger than Goku imo.
