Plus, all freeza did was blow off his armor. Chapter: 296 (DBZ 102), P4.4 Context: after Freeza blows off his battle jacket Vegeta: “How is that a transformation?...You’ve got to be kidding me! To think that by ‘transformation’ you just meant taking that off to make yourself lighter!” Vegeta was not unnerved in the slightest.

I don't know why you are having him so low. Are you trolling?

Vegeta was out of breath because he's slightly inferior to Freeza.
