What Browser do you use? Google Chrome	Master Roshi and Yamcha were surprised when they discovered that King Chappa was Goku's opponent, and if I remember correctly they weren't entirely confident that Goku could win. Could King Chappa clear this list? If not, where does he stop? 1) Giran 2) 21st Budokai Krillin 3) Nam 4) Mummy Man 5) Devil Man (No devilmite beam allowed) 6) 21st Budokai Master Roshi

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	I'm really uncertain on where King Chappa sits. He could be stronger than Baba's fighters yet somehow still weaker 21st Roshi. His myriad of techniques should give him the win.

Kame-sennin: “As he was up until now, Goku probably wouldn’t have been able to win…However, it looks like he’s definitely gotten better through this later training…I wonder what will happen…” Goku matched Roshi in the Budokai, yet Roshi still stated that Goku would most likely be unable to win against the mummy as he was in the Budokai. Roshi was also shocked by Mummy man's speed: Chapter: 101, P13.1-2 Context: Mummy-kun is faster than Yamcha anticipated. Kame-sennin: “H-he’s incredibly fast…!!” Goku: “You think so…?” Kame-sennin: “Huh?” Suffice to say, if Chappa can defeat Baba's fighters, he will most definitely defeat 21st Budokai Roshi. (Unless Roshi uses that electric torture move)
