Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Piccolo was holding his ground against a murderous Cell Jr after Cell had instructed them to start killing everyone. If you ask me, he's at 50% MSSJ Goku strength at least by this point.

Sometimes I think they're fairly close, other times I think Piccolo is far stronger. For now, I suppose I'll give the win to Piccolo with ease.

I don't have him too far from Super Saiyan Trunks and Super Saiyan Vegeta who could both beat Semi-Perfect Cell.

Piccolo should be 45-50% of MSSJ Goku's strength at this point, even ASSJ Vegeta (Post First Rosat) was way weaker than 50% Goku, and Cell (Semi Perfect) was even weaker than that, he gets stomped.
