Gravity doesn't care about power level, you get hampered by high gravity no matter how strong you are if you aren't used to it. Pui Pui just thought the gap between him and Vegeta was small enough that Vegeta being unused to 10x gravity would even it out (of course, Vegeta was both much much stronger than Pui Pui and used to 10x gravity, but that's not Pui Pui's fault). I also think Pui Pui was probably above 100'000 after being turned into Babidis minion, so while Oozaru Vegeta might have a power advantage, he'd still have a massive speed disadvantage.

When Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu and Piccolo arrived at King Kais Planet (10 times gravity of earth) they didnt had as much problems as Goku.

Vegeta during the Android Arc in his base form was training in 300x gravity. He heard Goku had trained at 100G on his way to Namek, was like "f*** that, I'll 3x as much!" And asked Briefs to make him a torture chamber! That was android Arc Base Vegeta. Kid Trunks, the guy who in a hindering suit and dead weight Goten, was giving No. 18 a good fight, could barely handle 150g until he turned Super Saiyan. Even future trunks when he first enters the ROSAT notices the increase in gravity and pressure. It's simply something that power alone doesn't stop, you have to physically get used to it. Probably because this is a matter of the body itself changing. You ca kind of imagine if someone who weight 200 lbs goes to gravity that is 10x, they now literally weight a ton. That's a huge increase and if you aren't used to such weights, it's going to hinder you no matter how strong you are.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Hokuto no Ken, Berserk, Dragon Ball, Rurouni Kenshin, Attack on Titan, Kuroshitsuji	Pui Pui was continuing to get up and actively fight despite being hit by Vegeta on at least several different occasions. The power level difference between his initial arc iteration and the Buu arc runs up into multiples of the tens of thousands. This fight would pan out in the same capacity as Krillin and Pintar.

Edit: You just said Pui Pui's PL is 10 million and stomps Burter in another thread, yet he loses to an 18,000 Saiyan-arc Vegeta in this one? Edited by Slifer, Sep 11 2016, 01:52 AM.
