What Browser do you use? Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fairy Tail, and Naruto.	Every time someone says Android Arc I want to punch them in the face. Anyways Super Saiyan 3 Goku wins this easily. A closer match would be Super Saiyan 2 Goku. Edit: Didn't see the Semi-Perfect Cell part. Goku still wins however.
