Kibito's power is an unknown,he may be at 500 000 or 1 000 000. However, i say he beats both Tien and krillin, unless they can land a kikoho or something similar

Kibito was allegedly a difficult match for Buu arc Base Gohan. Tien has no chance here regardless if Krillin is with him or not. Kikoho is about the only option he has and that has no guarantee of putting Kibito out of commission.

Ithink if Kabito ws unaware of Tien's Tri Beam, Tien would just Tri Beam him to serious injury. He held down Semi Perfect Cell, and Semi Perfect Cell is way stronger than Kibito & Base Gohan (Tournament Arc)

So given that, I think if Kibito is unaware & Tien is above him in the air to Tri Beam, Tien has won.

If Tien straight goes into a fight, he def. is not winning against Kibito though. lol

Gender Neutral, meaning I don't want to be specified to either gender. If you keep calling me by gender terms, I'm just going to call you an "it". That's all.

The Kaioshin's assistant could finally win a battle here, but it's against one pathetic scrub so it's not that impressive.

Tenshinhan is in the low millions at best, and I'd imagine Kibito to at least be better than that.

Kibito wins. He's around Babidi Saga Gohan's base power.

I'm not sure Kibito's close to base Gohan, given that he couldn't hold the Zeta Sword at all, so I'm not sure we have any comparison to Tenshinhan or Krillin. Even if he is close to base Gohan, though, he's still not surviving a Shin Kikoho, which Tenshinhan would probably be able to land (as Tenshinhan managed to intercept an attack from Bootenks, I doubt Kibito would be able to avoid a Shin Kikoho).

Boo was sending that blast to Dende (if I recall correctly), wasn't expecting Tenshinhan to be there, and Tenshinhan hit it from the side rather than head-on. It's not quite the same to me.

Kibito could probably win as long as he avoids the Kikoho or the Kienzan.

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

I'm pretty sure you're correct on all points, but hitting the blast from the side should actually be harder than hitting it from the front, given that Tenshinhan had to calculate where the blast would be at a given time, which should be impossible if he couldn't perceive/keep up with the blast's speed. The speed of the blast is murkier, though. It couldn't have been moving in slowmotion to Bootenks or Gohan, or Bootenks' kiai wouldn't have kept Gohan occupied long enought to prevent him from effortlessly saving Dende and Hercule, but at the same time, both Dende and Goku could perceive it. Perhaps Dende and Hercule only perceived some kind of flash?

¿?

Tien is never going to equal Base Gohan at Boo Arc, so Kibito one-shots him. and Krillin who is not worlds above Tien wouldn't help here. but if he gets hit with the Shin Ki Ko Ho or Kienzan he loses.
