The one where it felt like Piccolo would never come back was Saiyan Saga & GT. @ least in RoF, Piccolo would come back via Shenron. But Gohan felt like he would never come back, even though he could have. Saiyan Saga, there was no Namekian Dragon @ that point. And GT Piccolo was in the underworld so he could have come back if he wanted. EoGT confirms that he could have. Gohan really drives the point to the viewer that Piccolo should be cared & missed. If Gohan wasn't there, his death would be similar to Tien's degree of sadness when he died. lol
	Gender Neutral, meaning I don't want to be specified to either gender. If you keep calling me by gender terms, I'm just going to call you an "it". That's all.
