So I've been downloading a couple of shows lately, but the audio in some of the episodes from these shows doesn't seem to match the videos well. I've tried a couple softwares to help me in this, but none of them work with videos that are larger than 6 minutes. Is there any synchronizing software that works with ~23 min-long videos?

Piccolo: Just how many people have you sacrificed?!

Cell: Sacrifice? Hmph, rubbish! On the contrary, it is an honor to become a fraction of my power.

I know this topic is old but I am pretty sure if you just have a vlc player then you can adjust the audio/video syn in vlc itself. I think it's called audio delay or something like that. During playback I think you can press f or g to adjust audio delay to match up with your video.
