What policies would you want to help PREVENT racist violence?

 There were recently monkeys observed that exhibited "racist behavior". Monkeys with lighter skin were seen discriminating against monkeys with darker skin.

I think it's an innate characteristic to be weary about people who are different in both culture and appearance. Racism is always going to exist because it's in human nature to not like things that aren't familiar to us.
