Round 1: SSJ Grade 3 Trunks (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs Perfect Cell.
Round 2: SSJ Grade 3 Vegeta (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs Perfect Cell.
Round 3: SSJ Grade 3 Goku (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs Perfect Cell.
Round 4: SSJ Grade 3 Gohan (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs Perfect Cell.
Round 5: All SSJ Grade 3 Cell games Saiyans (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs Perfect Cell.

Round 6: SSJ Grade 3 Trunks (speed increase proportional to power increase) vs power-weighted Cell (speed proportional to power)

..Might be a bit too many rounds, but I'm wondering how strong SSJ Grade 3 is.

 goku and gohan. I'm a believer that grade 3 is ssj2 level but extremely slow.

so goku ssj is 50% cell than grade 3 = Cell
ssj gohan would have no difficulty in this fight.

vegeta and trunks would lose. grade 3 trunks could not hurt him. so I don't think vegeta would.

SSjg3 goku = p cell
ssjg3 gohan >> p cell
ssjg3 trunks << p cell
ssjg3 vegeta < p cell

It takes a mere second for treasure to turn to trash.

 If the speed isn't gone and this is second post RoSaT, I think Goku and Gohan should win this. Hell, based off of Cell's comments to Mirai Trunks about his power in grade 3, and another RoSaT visit, Vegeta and Trunks should win too.

 Trunks wins the first with low difficulty

same as Vegeta

Goku easily defeats Cell

Gohan destroys him like he done as a SSJ2. I have Ultra 80% of SSJ2.

Against Power Weighted Perfect-Cell, Vegeta and Trunks get dominated, i see them doing better as a SSJ2.
Goku would have a good fight with him, but still lose, Gohan would destroy him. Team kills.

Against SP Cell they lose, i don't know about if they team up on him

Vegeta / Trunks : 2.4
- USSJ : 19.2
Goku : 3.2
- USSJ : 25.6
Gohan : 5.34
-USSJ : 42.72
FP Cell : 13.5
-Power Weighted : 27
-Super-Perfect : 60
if they do a Team Attack against SP Cell, they MAY win.
IMO
if you follow the theory that says USSJ is stronger than SSJ3 (lol), Saiyans destroy all of rounds. lol
