Christmas Changes
So I have added a new skin for the christmas season, it's called "Winter" if that one isn't set by default. Also there are new team icons to try to match with the new skin. Another change I have made to the forum is adding a code for an emoticon list link in the fast reply box.
Also, I have bought Zetaboards Premium for this one month, dunno if I will be buying it for any following months yet though. If you want it, PM me to tell me you are willing to donate something towards it.
All in all, that's all I have to say for that, my next blog post will be something about me, but you might be waiting a while.

Am I ill?
Hello Reader;
It's kind of hard to tell if I'm ill or if my body is being nervous about University without telling my mind. It's not the first time I've felt ill before doing something major, though the things that happen with my body are very strange and often vary from what it decideds to do. I can range from not sleeping to having a really bad pain in my stomach area.
Yet, all these times, it passes after I have done whatever, so yeah, it's kind of hard to tell. Right now it's mostly just cold like symtoms well, mostly anyway, some are things I've never had with a cold before, it'll pass though even if I am actually ill, it's nothing I should worry about.
As for University, I go on Monday to the first introduction thing that lasts for an hour, actual enrollment is oddly on Wednessday next week, that's kind of stange I thought, but ah well. I also got a letter today from the place I went for 2 weeks while I was on Jobseekers Allowence, apparantly they have recived my Health and Safety certificate, so I'll go collect that on Monday on my way back from University.
Yeah, I did a Health and Safety test while I was there because I had the option to and it really did beat sitting in a hot room on a PC job searching. Something I could do at home, lolol. That 2 week course was a waste of time for most part even if it did get me out of the house.

I'm Russian

Yes, it's true, I can no longer hide the fact that I am actually Russian, it feels bad keeping it a secret for so long. My blood father was Russian but my mother is English (well born on a British base in Germany) but I never got to see Russia when I was young. We came over to England because of my fathers job, I still to this day don't know what he did though.
I grew up in England and knew very little of my dads side of the family, the Russian side, because he 'devorced' my mother when I was young, though I haven't heard much if anything about him, his departure could have been work related if you get what I mean. So yes, that is now out there, I'm sorry I kept it hidden for so long.

Awsome Firewall!

It seems my firewall is really fantastic! It does work and everything but it seems from time to time, it sometimes wants to do more than it should. Earlier today it decided to block everything, so it locked down my computer without me telling it to. Awsome! It has done it before to, kind of odd. As well as sometimes my virus scan will decide to block my browser, lolol.
Well everything seems to be working right now after restarting and everything, something might have caused my firewall to overreact, like maybe leaving port 80 open, I should look into that.

New Headphones

I bought some headphones on Tuesday for £1, needless to say those where junk, but I was going to deal with the poor sound till I went in on Thursday which would be today. But still, those £1 headphones where awful, not just the sound but the design to them, so hard to put on and everything, good job I wasn't going to keep them for too long.
So today I bought some new ones, the cheapest decent ones I could find though where £14.99, I bought them anyway, I expect quite a lot out of them now for that price. Eitherway, first impressions of them are that they are comfertable and the sound quality is pretty amazing. Think this is one of the best pair I have had yet, haha.

Forum Downtime
Hello Reader;
As you might have noticed, yesterday the forum was down as with many other Invisionfree and Zetaboard forums, though the Invisionfree ones did come up sooner than the Zetaboard ones. Well for me they did anyway, all of yesterday I was unable to log into this forum and other forums, as with today I was unable to log into them. This from what I understand was caused by a problem at the data center where the servers are.
Now I did manage to get onto this forum through a proxy today while also trying to get on through the normal way I do. Now though it seems to be almost fully sorted, I am now using the forum without the aid of a proxy, though still unable to get to the support forums without a proxy. That should be fixed soon enough though.
Anyway, that's all I have to say on the issue of the downtime, yes it was a problem for everyone, I hope it doesn't affect you guys from posting though.

Illness
Hello Reader;
As you may or may not know, I have been ill recently, I have no idea what it is and it doesn't really affect me a whole lot so it's not a problem. Just thought I'd waste your time by making a blog post about it that you might be reading, all in all this is a waste of time but read on if you wish to know more.
I have a sore throat, blocked ear and a running nose, sneezing too if you wish to add that but I think that's more down to hayfever. Anyway, it's been three days or four since I started with these, clearing up now which is good, so eventually I won't be ill, however I will still have hayfever which always sucks.

ZetaBoard Conversion
Hello Reader;
I thought I would make my fire blog entry to talk about the conversion of this forum, yes it used to be InvisionFree and I would have stuck with InvisionFree if Name Changes worked and many other things wheren't so limited. Of course ZetaBoards seems to have a range of limitations to, with name changes, an admin can't go into the ACP and change someones name through the edit user part, it must be done through the change username part, bit annoying really but oh well.
I am also not too keen on the merged database look, so everyone on one server shares space, makes numbers look out of place. There are some decent features though, like the making of webpages inside the forum, that's allowed me to put the chatbox on a page withing the forum, maybe even getting more people to use it. The blogs also seem to be pretty helpful, not sure how many people will use them though.
All that said, it's not going to be converted back to InvisionFree, I don't even think it's possible, I also do hope that anyone who doesn't like it can get used to it. It's still a forum and people can still post here.
